The intelligent fastener insertion machine has the ability to riveting the Nut below M12,Bolt below M10 and Screw below M8 carbon steel material fastener insertion.
Turn edge tapping thread technology for below M6 carbon steel material; convex hull formation area diameter no more than 45mm.
Carbon steel material no rivet conjunction technology for total thickness below 4.0mm; Self-pierce lock riveting conjunction for total thickness below 6.0mm carbon steel material.
Our Hydraulic Fastener Insertion Machine driven of complete hydraulic pressure save 40% energy consumption compare to the hydro pneumatic pressure type. Decreased a lot of equipment consumption. It just unloads the whole pressure at the insertion or riveting moment, only 15% energy consumption when it standby.
Our hydraulic fastener insertion machine can keep working pressure for a certain time under stable pressure to overcome the elastic deformation of metal materials, prevent fasteners off or loose, especially for high strength materials such as stainless steel.
The C frame structure has strong resistance to deflection deformation, ensuring the verticality of fastener insertion and reducing the requirements of pressure value when riveting.

PRODUCT DETAILS
The positive limit system provides an easily adjustable method of precisely maintaining the stopping point of the machine cylinder, effectively preventing the indentation of soft materials when inserting the fastener, such as Aluminum, Glass Fiber, Printed Circuit Board, Plastic and various composite materials. The product thickness can be accurate to ±0.05mm.
Be able to feeding 4 kinds of nuts, studs and standoffs at the same time, it can fast changing the tooling automatically. Suitable for insertion variety of fasteners in one workpiece, more efficient, save time and labor. 3 seconds changing tooling,be able to avoiding the workpiece scratch by times movable or stacking.
Intelligent ON and OFF of the bowl feeder to avoid long time friction pf fasteners under vibration state, resulting in coating peeling and abrasion. Used for the size of M2-M6 screws, nuts and standoffs automatic feeding. The maximum length nuts and standoffs can reach 30mm. The system has the function of fast removal residue fastener.
The machine has the function of slowing down and fast return which can ensure the safety of die calibration.
Intelligent fastener insertion machine is equipped with mandatory our patented safety protection system, automatic detection on the anti pressing hand function is working when starting up.
Since the spring and trigger switch inside the anti pressing hand system have a service life, the system will automatically remind the replacement when the service time is reached. Forced to ensure that the equipment operation safety and reliability. Due to the riveting of laminating plate and non-conductive material, the system automatically warns when the anti-pressing hand function needs to be turned off, and the foot switch needs to be pressed twice before safe production.
There are two switches on the foot pedal. Left one is for control the upper tool move up; Right one is for control the lower tool move down.
HMI dialogue function, automatic detection of equipment failure, can store more than 100 riveting procedures. Be able to connected to industry 4.0, it can integrate robots or XYZ platform.

Automatic Bottom Feeding Tooling :
For inserting nuts into flat parts feeding.
Nuts Avoidance Bottom Auto Feeding Tooling:
Suitable for inserting the parts with folding and feeding interference. Such as on the underside of a flange.
Automatic Upper Feeding Tooling:
Nuts, Studs and standoffs feeding from upper side.
